On June 7th, Basepaws announced the big meows, and today we are proud to officially join the Zoetis family. This announcement marks a new chapter in our mission to provide pet parents with actionable knowledge for making empowered, proactive healthcare decisions.

Basepaws is excited to announce that it is adding over 80 genetic health and trait markers to its flagship at-home Breed + Health Cat DNA test. In total, the test will now screen your cat for over 120 markers and will offer features that no other direct-to-consumer (D2C) test provides.
Pet Tech LA is back on July 29th 2021, at the Plug & Play rooftop in Downtown Los Angeles. This in-person networking event for startups is organized by Basepaws and PCIN with the goal of bringing together the best pet startups and entrepreneurs in Southern California, establish new partnerships, investments, and build new connections.
